Searching for Captain Rainbow - This web page is dedicated to the memory of my brother, Barry James Casebolt. He was a brilliant man, with a finely honed sense of the ridiculous. He loved children and would dress up in a shower curtain, shower cap, horribly mismatched clothes and entertain kids with antics, humor and love. We called him "Captain Rainbow". The next time you see a rainbow form in the sky, say 'hey' for me.
